New Operator's Contract for the Manor House

The Rathlin Development Community Interest Company (CIC) is pleased to announce
that a five year contract to operate the Manor House has been agreed with MC Catering
Ltd.

Last year, MC Catering took over the final year of the previous contract at short notice.
This year, there was a two stage process in which potential Operators were first asked to
detail relevant experience and set out their vision for the Manor House, followed by face
to face discussion of the Business Plan.

The CIC Board then agreed to award the contract to MC Catering; Directors of which
are Michael and Shauna Cecil and Shannon Bonner. The CIC board was pleased by the
positive reports from both the Rathlin Community and visitors over the last year and
looks forward to continuing work with Shauna, Shannon and Michael in the future.
