RDCA AGM 2011

The RDCA's Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 18th April in the Parochial Hall at 7.30. All members of the Association are very welcome.

Nominations for the Committee are invited, and must be received in writing (in a sealed envelope addressed to the Secretary) in the Resource Centre by Monday 4th April. The list of any nominated individuals will be posted up at the latest by Friday 8th April.

There will be three vacancies on the Committee to be filled - Committee members Michael Cecil and Margaret McQuilkin are up for re-election, and Margaret has announced that she will not be seeking re-election.

If the number of nominations exceeds the number of vacancies, there will be an election on Friday 15th April. Under the new Constitution of the RDCA, Committee elections must be held at least two days before the AGM in the Resource Centre. If an election is required, further information will be publicised about voting hours, etc.
