A recruitment ad has been placed with the Job Centre Online NI for a Key Worker for the Manor House Project. This post is funded by the Coastal Communities Fund. The full wording is available here. The deadline for applications is Friday 26th June 2015.

Kelp Store restorations

Many people will have noticed the work going on recently on the Kelp Store. The National Trust has hired specialist contractors to stabilise the walls of the Store.

National Trust Plans for Renovation of Tithe Barn

The National Trust has provided the RDCA with plans for the proposed renovation of the Tithe Barn. It is intended to provide 'affordable accommodation for local people, and to support local business'. There will also be a new centre for the island's nurses. The plans are available for public viewing in the Resource Centre, and the National Trust are looking for comments from island residents.
